Returns & Refund Policy

Made-to-order items
Almost everything at Trezari Co. is printed to order, just for you. Because each piece is custom made, it falls under the made-to-order and personalised exemption to the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order, and feel free to email us first if you are unsure about anything.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we will put it right. Email us at admin@trezari.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of clear photos of the issue. Once we have confirmed it, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Cancellations and changes
Need to change or cancel an order? Email admin@trezari.shop as soon as you can. We can usually help if the item has not gone into production yet, but once printing has started we are no longer able to make changes.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank or card provider.
