Welcome to Trezari Co. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website trezari.shop (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

This Site is operated by Trezari Co. (“Trezari”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can reach us any time at admin@trezari.shop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Our products

Our items are made to order and printed on demand. Because each product is produced individually:

Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished item, and between production batches.
Print placement may vary marginally from item to item.
Product images and mock-ups are illustrative; minor differences are normal and not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product details, sizing, and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been mispriced or is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders and cancellation

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email; this confirms we have received your order, not that a contract is formed. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has entered production or has been dispatched.

Because items go into production quickly, change or cancellation requests must be sent to admin@trezari.shop as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an item has entered production.

6. Production, shipping and delivery

Each item is made to order; please allow a production period before dispatch, in addition to the carrier’s delivery time.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in the destination country.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

For consumers in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order, personalised, or customised to your specification, which includes the majority of our products. By ordering a made-to-order or personalised item, you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Regardless of the above, your statutory rights remain unaffected. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact us at admin@trezari.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund.

We do not accept returns for reasons of incorrect size or change of mind on made-to-order items, so please check the size guide before ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including designs, artwork, text, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Trezari Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trezari Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Please check this page periodically for changes.
